More drivers using mobile phones

More drivers are using their phone at the wheel, according to a story on the BBC website. It reports a new survey which found 2.8% of  London drivers were using a mobile phone – up 0.2% on 2006.

Using your phone while driving is a serious matter. You could be fined £60 and get three points on your licence if you’re stopped by the police, and you’re also four times more likely to have an accident when using a phone.

Because it’s often important to make calls when you’re driving, we’ve got loads of great gear to help you do it safely. And it’s not expensive – our Bluetooth headsets start at just £8.99 with free delivery (a perfect stocking filler!) Or if you want something more substantial, check out our range of in car kits (we install them for free too).
